Доброго времени суток!Подскажите, пожалуйста, что такое в следующем контексте (из приказа суда, запрещающего продажу активов): The Defendant must not remove from England and Wales any of his assets which are in England and Wales [up to the value of £100,000. If the total value free of charges or other securities ("unencumbered value") of the Defendant's assets in England and Wales exceeds £100,000, the Defendant may remove any of those assets from England and Wales or may dispose of or deal with them so long as the total unencumbered value of the Respondent's assets still in England and Wales remains above £100,000. |

По первому пункту, кажется, постепенно доходит :-) free of charges or other securities - это в смысле свободная от какого-либо залога? |

Спасибо! А deal with не может быть "распоряжаться"? Т.е. dispose of or deal with как "отчуждать или распоряжаться"? |

deal WITH - все-таки не думаю, что это "распоряжаться" распоряжаться или осуществлять иные операции с ними... |
| deal with - буквально «запускать в оборот», т.е. совершать с ними сделки |
