Quarterly Update Program / Recording of Issues and Actions in GRC
On a quarterly basis, the Operational Risk Champion team is accountable for providing ORMG a summary of the ERSA activity (responses) for the previous quarter. Response activities are the set of activities designed to improve controls to mitigate (e.g. reduce) any identified risks. These activities, with assigned accountability and target dates, form the response plan. Planned response activities can vary from **quick solutions to complex projects to existing monitoring.
