Это Гарантия исполнения. Перечисляются обязательства сторон. Запуталась во фразе "shall we under any circumstances whatsoever inquire into the terms of the Contract any other circumstances, matters or documents":

We shall be entitled to pay and shall rely on the Buyer’s demand made hereunder and shall be under no duty nor shall we under any circumstances whatsoever inquire into the terms of the Contract any other circumstances, matters or documents. - Мы уполномочены оплатить и руководствуемся требованиями Продавца по настоящему контракту и не имеем обязательств, а также ни при каких обстоятельствах не ???
