The wildcats referred to are the Canada Lynx which is the only lynx in North America. Lynx are small (average about 24 lbs) but very tough and scrappy and it would probably take about 7 or 8 of them to weigh as much as a good-sized man. Any man tough enough to whip 7 or 8 or 9 of these cats is very tough, indeed. |
