В случае погашения денежного обязательства в полном объеме предоставить Должнику документы, подтверждающие исполнение по денежному обязательству, передать Должнику (Залогодателю) настоящую закладную с отметкой о полном исполнении денежного обязательства, а также осуществить, при необходимости, действия с целью аннулирования настоящей закладной в порядке и в сроки, установленные нормами действующего законодательства РФ.

The Mortgagee shall:

In the event of discharge of the financial obligation in full, provide the Debtor with documents evidencing the performance of the financial obligation, transfer the Mortgage Certificate with a note of the performance of the financial obligation in full being entered therein to the Debtor (Mortgagor) and, if necessary, take steps to annul this Mortgage Certificate in compliance with the procedure and within the period set forth by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
