Appraisers should RESPECT the appraisee they are reviewing in the way they ask questions.
Questions fall into two categories:
• Recall questions require the appraisee to recall factual information from the recent or more distant past:
‘Tell me about…’ ‘What happened when….’
• Process questions involve the appraisee in expressing attitudes, giving opinions, evaluating, interpreting and making judgments:
‘What do you think of …?’ ‘How do you feel about…?’
Важно не то, что вы спросили, а КАК вы спросили.
Оценщики должны УВАЖАТЬ аттестуемого при постановлении своих вопросов. Вопросы бывают двух категорий:
• Вопросы на припоминание требуют от аттестуемого припомнить фактическую информацию из недавнего или более давнего прошлого:
«Расскажите мне о ...» «Что случилось, когда…»'
• Process questions involve the аттестуемый in expressing attitudes, giving opinions, evaluating, interpreting and making judgments:
'What do you think of...?' 'Howdo you feel about.?'
