Доброго времени суток,
проверьте пожалуйста правильность перевода с русского на англю

оригинал:
Если для выполнения Работ в рамках данного Договора потребуются материалы, а именно Запасные части, Подрядчик обязуется их поставить, а Заказчик обязуется их оплатить.

Мой перевод:
If the application of materials, in the frame of the Contract, are required for the performance of the Work, namely the Spare parts, then the Contractor shall deliver and the Seller shall pay them.

Чисто для наводки, поскольку дурацкий язык контрактов не знаю:

If additional material such as spare parts are required in the frame of the Contract,
then the Contractor shall deliver them and the Seller shall pay for them.
