Subject: Помогите построить перевод, плиз! gen. Авансовый платеж в размере 82% от общей стоимости Работ, что составляет 19 070 (девятнадцать тысяч семьдесят) Евро оплачивается Заказчиком в течение 7 (семи) банковских дней с момента подписания обеими Сторонами настоящего Договора и предоставления Подрядчиком безотзывной банковской гарантии на сумму авансового платежа,мой вариант: The Customer pays advance payment at the rate of 82% of the total cost which equals 19 070 (nineteen thousands and seventy) Euro within the 7 (seven)bank days from the moment of signing the present Contract by both Parties and ....................все дальше у меня ступор. Даже свой вариант выдвигать стыдно... |

consider: An advance payment equal to 82% of the total cost of the Works, totaling 19,070 (Nineteen Thousand Seventy) Euros, shall be paid by the Client/Employer within seven (7) banking days from the date of signing this Contract by both Parties and upon provision by the Contractor of an irrevocable advance payment bond/bank guarantee for the amount of such advance payment. |

| Ой, ну вы меня выручили! Целых два варианта, а я ни к одногму из них подобраться не смогла. Спасибо. И provision и submission мне нравятся :-) |
