Any other local enactments of the Company, which shall be valid at the moment of this Regulation coming into force, shall continue to be valid insofar as they do not conflict with this Regulation. |

| локальные, имхо, большой нагрузки не несет, ибо "локальный нормативный акт" это и есть акт, принимаемый руководящим составом организации. |

или bylaws which shall be valid не надо. это о действительности актов, а не об их существовании. желательно ближе к тексту. ANy other bylaws of the Company existing as of the time (или date) this Regulation becomes effective shall continue to have effect to the extent they do not contradict this Regulation чисто имхо. |
