Over several months we had heard a lot of complains concerning your car Pick up Hilux. On the last internal RauanNalco meeting, our Chemical Application team, (they are using this car) has provided the list of non-conformances concerning safety violation and car condition:
• Front wheels are still WINTER
• All 4 wheels are worn out
• B2B absence
• The usage of poor fuel

As aforesaid, we are request you to eliminate the all non-conformances or provide new car up to 1st of September, 20011

Therefore As aforesaid, we are asking request you to rectify these eliminate the all non-conforma nces or TO provide A new car up to BY 1st of September 20011

Одна из причин "несоответствия" - использование бензина, не соответствующего установленному производителем octane rating
Ребята двигатель уродуют и замены просят. Я бы не заменил.

AT the last internal RauanNalco meeting, our Chemical Application team, WHO USE this VEHICLE EXTENSIVELY/EXCLUSIVELY, has provided the following list of issues regarding safety non-compliance and THE general condition of the vehicle :

• Winter tyers/TIRES ARE (STILL) INSTALLED AT THE FRONT/on the front wheels.
• All 4 tyers/TIRES are worn out.
• No B2B (this b2b thing is new to me. does anyone know what it means in this context?) absence. THERE IS NO RELIEF SHIFT IN PLACE.
• POOR QUALITY FUEL IS used.

PLEASE CONSIDER THE aforesaid AND rectify these SAFETY AND NON-COMPLIANCE ISSUES or provide A new/ANOTHER VEHICLE BY THE 1st of September 2011/SEPTEMBER 1, 2011.
