Deviating conditions on the part of the buyer do not change our terms of sale.Контекст: By giving an order the buyer expressively recognizes the validity of these terms of sale and delivery also for all future contracts. The buyer´s own General Terms of Business are not valid, even if we have not expressively contradicted them. Deviating conditions on the part of the buyer do not change our terms of sale. Performances on our part do not represent any approval of the buyer´s general terms of business.
