I can't get some of the stuff he's saying. Here is what I'm getting:

-When doing the lifting, you want me to go down ? or just below to get a bit of a stretch.
-...?... Don't overstretch, you know. Usually just bring it down to touch your delts and go back up again.
-And .?. I normally go in, do I normally go straight up?
- Going up there, you're kinda taking the tension of .?. Just up and .?. , just keep it on the delts. No need to lock out at the top.

Thanks a lot.

There is one more bit I'm struggling with.

02:22-02:27
There is nothing wrong with your exhausting the shoulders. .?. You don't always have to go 6 or exactly the same script.

02:35-02:38
If you're going up in your workout weights (?), then you're doing something right.

02:58
It's a lot less than I normally do (?).

- When we do this, you want me to go down at parallel (?)
- Where it feels comfortable. Don't overstretch...
- And I don't normally go in, I normally go straight up.
- Going up there, you're kinda taking the tension off that bit of (?) your triceps on the top. You might as well just keep it on the delts.

There is nothing wrong with pre-exhausting on the shoulders. Right after your first, you press the second. You don't always have to stick to exactly the same script.

If you're going up in your workout weights, then you're doing something right, you know. -->OK

It's a lot less than I normally do. --> OK

-And don’t I normally go in, I normally go straight up
(man off-camera: Yeah the same)
- Going up there, you're kinda taking attention of, you know, little bits of the triceps at the top, reminds you always just keep it on the delts. No need to lock out at the top

Forgot the first sentence:
-When you do this, you normally go down the parallel or just below to get a bit of a stretch.

Timurych, I appreciate it a lot

I only need to ascertain whether he's saying "tension" or "attention" in that one.

It is "attention", otherwise it doesn't make sence (at least to me). He means that if you lock your arms in the final position then you would be working your triceps rather than delts. So, in order to concentrate on delts you don't raise your arms all the way up.

The rest looks good, I only changed the middle sentence in 02:22-02:27.

Тимурыч, 17:47 is completely out of whack.
"Do your that goes first, do your press the second." - what is that?

 Тимурыч

link 30.07.2011 21:04
Yes, I was wrong, but that's what I finally managed to hear:
*Do your laterals first, do your press the second.*

Here the coach explains the pre-exausting technique: pre-exhausting of shoulders by doing side laterals before overhead presses.

sledopyt, what do you think?

Tamerlane, sorry. Hope it is not too late.

Damn, better go hit some weights myself...

Тимурыч, don't worry. I've got a lotta time. Thank you for taking the time to go over it. I owe you a favor, buddy.

No wonder no one has really ever transcribed these videos. I'm gonna have to ask them for a raise.

Later on in this video I just can't wrap my mind around the following lines:

http://videos.bodybuilding.com/watch/72892/dorian-yates-blood-guts-trainer-delts-triceps

06:05
the other guy: ...?...twenty pounds heavier

07:09
Get a much better contraction on the bottom movement............you legs here (?).
in the triceps. You wanna keep them here .... locked in, letting the weight come out .....

09:03
Just keep it on, that way there's more on the triceps, less ... on the tendons.
and then the other guy: ...........................(?)

12:03
I don't worry about the weight. ...?.....wanna get a burn.
then the other guy: ...........?......

Thank you.

07:09
Get a much better contraction on the bottom bringing into your legs here. Just using the triceps along keeping this locked in, letting the weight come out to there….

Sorry, man, gotta go now. Be back in a couple of hours to listen to the rest of them, if no one else transcribes them earlier.

That's the best I could come up with. Hope it is useful:

06:05
the other guy: I could feel it, feel like about twenty pounds heavier, is all.

07:09
Get a much better contraction on the bottom bringing into your legs here. Just using
the triceps along keeping this locked in, letting the weight come out to there….

09:03
Just keep it on, that way there's more on the triceps, and less strain on the tendons.
and then the other guy: the bar by-eye level

12:03
I don't worry about the burn, man, I can do a giant thunder classes if you wanna get a burn, you know.
then the other guy: you know, that would take enough of the time between sets in order to stay at the same weight like us doing 100 pounds.

It turned out to be "I can do Jane Fonda classes, if you wanna get a burn, you know". I came to this conclusion after figuring out what they mean by "burn".
