The order is signed by the person, who is not responsible for decision making in our company and there is no stamp of the company on the document. | Further to your letter please note that the document you refer to is of no legal consequence under Russian law (тут возможны варианты). The order has been signed by a person who bears no responsibility and has no authority for making such decisions. Furthermore, the document has no Company seal on it. |

In pursuance десь совсем не подходит As the responce/responding to your letter we would like to draw your attention once again on the fact that ....(там все правильно), только according меня немного смущает. The person signed the order bears no responsibility in our company and has no right of making such decisions. Also there is no stamp of the company on the document. Надеюсь, хоть чем-то помогла |
