Subject: dual redundant communication

Пожалуйста, помогите перевести предложение. PCS alarm set points shall not be capable of being set within specified % FSD of any associated ESD trip set point within its MVC group if applicable.

Each analogue input shall support 4 configurable alarm set points with configurable hysteresis as minimum. PCS alarm set points shall not be capable of being set within specified % FSD of any associated ESD trip set point within its MVC group if applicable.
Usually, all the controllers shall be in MANUAL mode during ‘power-on’, ‘start-up’ and commissioning. Initial default PID values shall be set in the controllers. During normal /steady state operation, the controllers shall be in AUTO or CASCADE mode as applicable

уставки аварийных сигналов PCS (системы технологического контроля) не должны задаваться в указанном % FSD (field shutdown?) от любой уставки блокировки ESD (системы аварийного останова) внутри своей группы MVC (manual valve control?), если применимо.
Как-то так. Немного коряво, но смысл понятен.
