Subject: Watermark Скажите, пожалуйста, в каком смысле употребляется watermark в следующем предложении?The Manager will charge the Customer a performance fee equal to ___ % of the profit on assets under management with high watermark. "высококачественное" управление активами? Знаю, что вообще-то watermark - это водяные знаки. Спасибо. |

Ниже там же нашел "определение". Но перевести watermark все равно не могу. "Определение" такое: The high watermark means that performance fee is not calculated and charged unless the Portfolio exceeds the last value when the performance fee was calculated. |
