Ох, ну ладно ) Do this practice in pairs. One of you throws the ball to the other so that it bounces once. The other person decides which part of the body to control it with, controls it as quickly as possible and passes it back. Swap after ten throws. When you are doing the high ball practice, build up to controlling at least eight out of ten throws with no more than three touches. When both of you and your partner can do this, compete with each other. Score out of ten. |

| Ну получается как AMOR 69 сказал, максимальное количество очков из 10 возможных. |
