Judgment on the award may be entered and enforced in any court having jurisdiction in recognition and enforcement thereof.

И еще один вопрос: отличаются ли при переводе на русский язык фразы arbitral decision и arbitral award?

Any right to appeal or challenge any arbitral decision or award, or to oppose enforcement of any such decision or award before a court or any government authority is hereby waived by the Parties except with respect to the limited grounds for modification or non-enforcement provided by the applicable Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.

An arbtration award is not the same as a court judgment, and a party who wins the arbitration can not use the procedures provided by law for enforcing a judgment.

But most states have statutes that let the winner of an arbitration go to court and ask the court to confirm the award (and the loser can ask the court to vacate the award). There are only a few reasons that allow a court to vacate an award, and if they don't exist, the court must confirm the award.

Once the award is confirmed, the court enters a judgment. This gives the arbitration award the same status as if the parties had gone to court in the first place and the court (and not an aribitrator) had decided the dispute.

Thus a party who wins the arbitration and who is entitled to money can use the procedures provided by law for enforcing a judgment. He can, for example, get a court order for the other party's bank to turn over money in the account. This is only possible if the court enters judgment on the award.

не подскажете, заодно, как переводится вот эта фраза в предложении:
