Amine tank is used to make up batches of amine solution for transfer to the amine trains. Each batch is sufficient for one train fill before start up. One tank is also sufficient for one month make up for all for trains. Import is from road tanker which must be diverted 50:50 with demineralized water. Mixing is achieved by recirculation and the strength of each batch can be determined by sampling pump discharge / analysis. Import can also be from regenerated amine which requires no dilution this only occurs after draining down a train
