lead name - кто сталкивался с переводом?

Subject: lead name - кто сталкивался с переводом? BrE

Всем хорошего настроения!
Может кто сталкивался с таким словосочетанием "lead name"? Оно взято из "Terms and Conditions" Британской компании. Я так понимаю что оно переводится как "фамилия". Вот отрывок из текста для лучшего понимания:

Correct Spelling of Surnames
All names, titles and initials of those travelling should be correctly given at the time of booking. Changes cannot be made at a later date without extra charges being incurred. Please note that in all cases the lead name on the reservation must be 18 years or over at the time of booking. The lead name will be in contract with the supplier and will be responsible for the information provided to the agent for all members of the party this includes the correct spelling of names, title, age, passport and visa information and ensuring that all party members travel with full valid travel insurance.

The "lead name" is simply the name of the person/party in whose name the reservation/ticket, etc. is made. Say I were to take my family of 5 on holiday (unlikely), there'd be 5 names on the booking form - the wife and the 3 kiddos. But as I was the one making the reservation, my name would be the 'lead name' (although I could put my wife's name - it doesn't really matter as long as its an adult - although it tends to be the person/name whose name is on the credit card, for example).

Simply put, it's the name of the party responsible for the rest - perhaps "otvetsvennogo litso"?
