2.1 Mechanical Interface Points
Unless stated otherwise, the limit of piping and valves (water, steam, condensate, natural gas, etc.) shall be 1 m outside the wall of the boiler building or the boundary of the Fuel Yard area where retrofit work is undertaken. Those limits does not exist regarding the required interconnections between Boiler Plant and Fuel Yard, which are included in the scope of Contractor’s works.

2.2 Electrical Interface Points
The electric power for the Peak and Reserve Boiler Plant and Fuel Yard will be supplied from the existing network of XXX. Contractor connects 6 kV cables to the existing switchgear, see location of delivery limit in Appendix XX.

2.4 Civil/Structural/Landscaping/Architectural Boundary
Contractor’s scope shall include all support structures and foundations required for the works. The scope of works shall include all required new site services like sewerage, water mains, rain water, traded effluent, cable trenches etc. necessary for the plant. The access roads to the Boiler Plant and Fuel Yard area and associated landscaping shall be part of the works.
