"1. We hope to start building a strong relationship with X through Y from the upcoming meeting.
Prior to the meeting, we want to receive X's organization chart and some information for Client Networking.
For instance, who is the most influential person (key person)and group for this tender?

2. We request you to include the following items in Y's meeting agenda.
1) Bidder requests X to clarify Bid bond / Liquidated Damage / Maximum Liability.
2) Bidder requests X to inform the necessity of Bidder's Financing arrangement.
3) Bidder requests X to deliver Bid price format if available.
4) Bidder requests X to inform if Deviation to ITB can be submitted.
5) Bidder requests X to inform the possible length of Bid Extension."

Подскажите, как перевести следующее:

"Bid bond" - ?

"Deviation to ITB" - ?

Bid bond - см. МТ - гарантия предложения/обеспечение (которое предоставляет участник торгов в отношении своего конкурсного предложения)

ITB - опять-таки см. МТ - Invitation to Bid - приглашение к участию в тендере/конкурсе
Deviation to ITB - изменения/отклонения от условий ITB

Тендерная гарантия более по-гусски, ИМХО

Иногда их даж через черточку поминают Bid/Tender...

Насколько мне известно,
bid bond - один из вариантов тендерного обеспечения см. leka11.
оно предоставляется учасником торгов либо в форме банковской гарантии либо в виде "документа bid bond"
ITB - согласно Standard Bidding Documents Всемирного банка Instructions to Bidders - инструкции учасникам торгов - один из разделов Тендерной документации
