Subject: lip seal
The straight bore seal was developed at the Cameron Iron Works, Leeds, England, facility. The first application of this seal was a bonnet gasket for fire resistant valves in the mid 1980s. Refinements similar to those incorporated into the ‘PRL’ seal have produced the current ‘SRL’ seal design.
The ‘SRL’ seal is a pressure energized unidirectional, straight bore seal.
A major difference between the ‘SRL’ seal and the ‘PRL’ seal is that the main body of the ‘SRL’ seal must support all radial pressure loads.

SRL - straight bore lip seal
PRL - parallel bore lip seal

Не скажет ли кто-нибудь, как манжеты правильно назвать? Для Parallel Bore Lip Seal даже картинки никакой нигде нет.
