Subject: talent restrictions/approvals Licensor represents that all credits and talent restrictions/approvals contained in the agreement delivered to The Distributors are customary in the motion picture industry in Los Angeles for talent of such stature and consistent with The Distributor's policies, provided that no casual or inadvertent failure of The Distributors to comply with such credits and talent restrictions/approvals shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.(motion picture license agreement). Ну, допустим, talent я переведу как "творческий работник", а все остальное как у нас называется? и кредиты - это упоминание в титрах или сами титры? Спасибо! |
