In the event that Deutsche Bank receives a payment (a “Remittance”) intended for Customer or receives an advice from a transmitting bank that such a payment has been made to Deutsche Bank for the account of Customer, in each case in a currency (the “Remittance Currency”) that meets criteria agreed between Customer and Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Bank is authorized to treat such receipt or advice as a Trade Instruction for a foreign exchange transaction (a “Receivables Transaction”) in which the Customer would sell the Remittance Currency to Deutsche Bank and purchase its Account Currency from Deutsche Bank, such Trade Instruction to be processed and settled as described herein. - еще контекст.
