Apart from the fact that such a clause protects the parties from fraud, this wording operates to prevent the courts from finding that any exclusion or restriction of liability for misrepresentation is unreasonable.

вдогонку: это в итоге будет и то и другое ;) по форме: выделенное в отдельную статью (hence "such a clause") по содержанию: оговорка/исключение (или как там оно правильно, на этом чуждом мне легализе ;) |
