I have seen Wrap up a million times at trainings I have translated, it's not very informal.
Wrap up - is a short 5-minute thing: Thank you for your work today, hope you found it useful, etc.
Closing session is longer, it's the last activity for the day, can be another presentation or a Q&A session.
Depends on what the asker needs.

That's exactly my point, too: "a point in time" (maybe "end of session") vs "the final step before the wrap-up". ;)
