The Air-Fuel Power Module is an extension of the
ESM system that provides power to the O2 sensor
block heaters, as well as signal conditioning for the O2
sensors themselves.
Air-Fuel Ratio:
Air-fuel ratio is a term used to define the amount of air
(in either weight or mass) in relation to a single amount
of fuel.
• Rich Burn
– Catalyst Setting (Typical) 15.95: 1 AFR
– Stoichiometric Setting 16.09: 1 AFR
• Lean Burn
– 12V/16V275GL (~11.2% O2) 32.00: 1 AFR
