Как мы понимаем, одно из обязательных требований выдачи Унифицированного Ветеринарного Сертификата на готовую мясную продукцию, ввозимую на территорию РФ, является подтверждение происхождения сырья для производства этой готовой мясной продукции в странах ЕС, то есть, Унифицированный Ветеринарный Сертификат не может быть выдан на готовую мясную продукцию, произведенную на территории страны ЕС из сырья, поставляемого из стран, не входящих в Европейский Союз, например, из Бразилии.

As we understand, one of the obligatory requirements of issuing the Unified Veterinary Certificate on the ready meat production imported on the territory of the Russian Federation, is the acknowledgement of raw material origin for manufacture of this ready meat production in the EU countries, that is, the Unified Veterinary Certificate can't be granted on the ready meat production made on the territory of the country of EU from raw materials, delivered from the countries which are not members of the European Union, for example, from Brazil.

It's considered/understood/clear/ that/As far as we understand, the acknowledgement of the imported product origin for the purpose of ready meat manufacture in EU countries is one of the obligatory requirements of issuing the Unified Veterinary Certificate, meaning that the foresaid Certificate cannot be issued to meat products originated from non-participants of European Union, for example, from Brazil.
