The commission shall be computed on the basis of the net price that the customer must pay. The costs of freight, cartage, packing, insurance, customs duties, taxes and all other charges and dues, expenses resulting from erection, putting into operation and from similar services which are essentially work and labour, shall be deducted even if they are not invoiced separately. Rebates, except for cash discounts, as well as price increases attributable to interest on loans, price revision clauses and price reservations shall likewise be deducted.
The commission, calculated in accordance with this Clause, shall be a “gross” commission, i.e. including any turnover tax or other dues the Agent may have to pay by virtue of the law of the country in which he exercises his activities.
