Общество, в лице Президента (Генерального директора): Я всегда думала, что в лице такого-то переводится как "as represented by ...", но может я не права. powers of attorney ...authorizing [him?] to act within the scope of authority of the Managed Company executive bodies conferred upon him by the Managment Agreement, and to delegate such authority to third parties Право передоверия - right of delegation или right of subdelegation? I am not sure about this. Who can shed light on this? |
