| о какой стране речь? для известных мне систем юриспруденции такая фраза не имеет особо смысла... Ты либо являешься attorney либо нет, а eligibility тут непричем... А уж выражение "in his or her own right" -- тем более. |

Речь идёт о Финляндии. Вот контекст: Section 9 — Replacement of the attorney (1) In a matter heard by a court of law, an attorney shall not send a replacement without the permission of the court. The replacement shall be eligible as an attorney in his or her own right. помогите хоть как-нибудь слепить это предложение - у меня что-то ничего не получается! |
