PIA (defined as the Intermediary holding the Principal position of Buyer/Seller), but: A professional “Buyer/Seller” (Primary Intermediary Authority – PIA) does not obtain possession of goods, they trade only in the “Documentary Title” by buying the title from a Supplier at one price, and selling the title of the goods to an End-Buyer at another price. XXX as a private Buyer/Seller Primary Intermediary Authority (PIA), conducts business on behalf of undisclosed End-Buyers and Suppliers. All information about business with others shall remain confidential and has no relevance to the business being conducting with any other individual Supplier or End-Buyer. |
