If a Market Disruption Event occurs in relation to the Export Loan for any interest period, then the rate of interest on the Export Loan for the relevant interest period shall be the percentage rate p.a. which is the sum of (i) the margin according to Article 7.1 of this Agreement and (ii) *the rate notified by the Lender in any event before interest is due to be paid in respect of that interest period, to be that which expresses as a percentage rate p.a. the cost to the Lender of funding the Export Loan from whatever source it may reasonably select. *
Если в отношении Экспортного Кредита в любом процентном периоде возник Случай Дестабилизации Рынка, в таком случае процентная ставка по Экспортному Кредиту на соответствующий процентный период будет годовой процентной ставкой, состоящей из (i) маржи согласно Статье 7.1 настоящего Соглашения и (ii) ставки, сообщаемой Кредитором в любом случае до наступления срока выплаты процентов bв отношении такого процентного периода, *to be that which expresses as a percentage rate p.a. the cost to the Creditor of funding the Export Loan from whatever source it may reasonably select. *
