Правилен ли перевод??

про полиомиелит я ничего в Вашем тексте не увидел
да и duplicate по-моему относится к идентичности действий по отношению к опыту и контролю.

Identity polio virus by ELISA
Principle:
D-antigen is detected photometrically at 450 nm using a sandwich ELISA assay, in which rabbit polyclonal antisera raised against type 1, type 2 or type 3 are used.

The identity can be performed using the procedure described for Potency testing of polio virus 1, 2 and 3. A simpler and quicker procedure, which only suits for identity tests, is described below.
Procedure:
Desorption of the samples:
Desorption is performed by adding Na2HPO4.2H2O to the vaccine. After mixing and incubation at 37°C, the three poliovirus antigens are detected by ELISA as described below.
D-antigen determination by ELISA:
Microtiter plates are coated with specific anti-polio virus antibodies (rabbit anti-type 1, anti-type 2 or anti-type 3 IgGs), and incubated. After washing, a saturating solution (1% BSA in phosphate buffer saline without Ca and Mg) is added and the plates are incubated. The saturating solution is removed, and serial dilutions of the test samples and of the reference (in-house trivalent preparation containing calibrated type 1, type 2 and type 3 antigens) are added in duplicate.

Я бы чуть подправил:

Удаляют насыщающий раствор и в двух повторностях добавляют последовательные разведения тестируемого образца и стандарта, в качестве которого использовали внутренний трехвалентный эталон, содержащий точно измеренные количества антигенов вирусов полиомиелита 1, 2 и 3 типов.
