Контекст: Any amount by which the payment by the Company to the Contractor exceeds the amount due to the Contractor as shown by such audit shall be returned forthwith to the Company together with interest thereon at the rate of one percent (1%) above National Bank of Ukraine bank rate in force at the time of any claim made by the Company pursuant hereto. переводить не буду, но суть такая любая сумма перечисленная заказчику сверх положенной (видимо по договору) и выявленная в ходе аудиторской проверки, должна быть возвращена компании с учетом процента равного 1% сверх ставки рефинансирования ЦБ Украины (или как там у вас называется) на момент выставления претензии заказчику |
