The parties shall maintain confidentiality/have a duty of confidentiality and shall not disclose any confidential information to any third party except as may be required by competent authorities, provided that the parties shall have the right to disclose information on a type of securities, a transaction amount and price as provided for/set forth in the rules/regulations of self-regulatory organizations in/of which they hold membership.
