Можно ли назвать это "условным зачетом"?The following terms shall apply if the Notional Offset Funding option is selected on Attachment A: (i) At the close of each business day, Bank will calculate a closing balance based on collected funds for the Account reflecting all transactions in the Account for that day, and, if such balance is positive, subject to the conditions described below Bank will transfer end-of-day collected funds to the Investment(s) selected by Customer. A separate control account (the "Control Account") will be established on the books of Bank in Customer's name to serve as an offset to Customer's Account in order to facilitate the transfer to/from the Investment. This Control Account is linked to Customer's Account in the same right and capacity under the cash management arrangement as described herein and for purposes of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") insurance premium assessments and federal reserve requirements.
