Company X initiated a recall Product N manufactured at the XX facility between March 2009 and July 2009. The lots in question were packed and distributed with medicines 1, 2, 3 and 4, and were distributed to 22 countries (region ECEMEA and Latin America). During evaluation and initiation of ongoing stability studies, it was discovered that Product N was manufactured in XX. Existing stability data from the years 1989-1996 do not conform to current Ph.EUR. requirements (Ph.Eur.3rd Edition includes test parameter conductivity). No current stability data were available, therefore ongoing stability study was started. The following countries have been affected by this FCA: Poland, Slovakia, Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Belgium, Colombia, Croatia, Ecuador, Libya, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Hungary, Macedonia, Argentina, Iran, Venezuela, Austria, Mexico, Russia and Kuwait. As of data lock point, 31Jul2010, the FCA is ongoing.
