Помогите,пожалуйста,разобраться с переводом нижеследующего абзаца контракта:

Поставщик обязан защитить Покупателя от материальной ответственности по искам третьих лиц в отношении нарушения патентов, товарных знаков или промышленных образцов, связанных с использованием Оборудования или любой его части в стране Покупателя.

Мой вариант:

The Supplier is obliged to protect the Buyer from the financial responsibility for interpleaders regarding patent ,patterns, logotypes violation in connection with the Equipment usage or its any other part in the Buyer’s country.

only I'd say hold the Buyer harmless" instead of "hold harmless the Buyer"
same for
"any claims of the third parties' - "any third parties claims"
"connected with" - "related to"
