Если scale - это шкала, можно ли переводить inventory как "анкета"?

Rolfe (1974) developed an inventory, as opposed to a scale, to assist couples considering marriage in recognizing their different budgetary priorities. While not a formal scale, this work is an early indication of interest in money attitude differences.
