Subject: mould costs Подскажите, пожалуйста, что обозначает слово "mould" в данном контексте:
The Suppliers shall pay all investment costs and maintenance costs related to mould and other production tools regarding Products covered by the Agreement, except for the contribution of € ХХХ that is in charge to the Buyer and have been already paid by it. This includes mould costs that may occur in order to supply the Buyer covered by this Agreement for the entire duration of this Agreement.
Payment of moulds for new bottles not covered by this Agreement must be agreed between the Purchaser and the Supplier.
If the Agreement will terminate prematurely due to a breach imputable to the Buyer, there will be proportionate invoicing to the Buyer in question of remaining mould life and missing period for the amortisation of the mould.
