Offer EmployeeВыражение встречается в следующем контексте: 1 Offer of Employment 1.1 Between the date of this Agreement and Completion, the Seller shall procure that a Group Company offers to each Offer Employee (other than any Offer Employee who is also a “Leave Recipient” (as defined in paragraph 1.2)) employment commencing on the Completion Date and conditional upon Completion with the same aggregate salary and work location in the same area and the same or substantially similar, in the aggregate, incentive compensation opportunities, pension and welfare benefits and terms, conditions and position, including entitlements arising under any applicable collective agreement(s), as those provided to such Offer Employee by the relevant member of the Seller’s Group immediately prior to the Completion Date. This paragraph 1.1 shall have no effect on any rights which the Purchaser or any Group Company may have to amend or terminate any particular Retirement Benefit Arrangement or any other employee benefit or compensation plan, policy or arrangement maintained by the Purchaser or any Group Company.
