Subject: в чем отличие mean от median med. Опять я не могу найти разницу, только теперь mean и median. И то и другое по словарю - среднее значение, средняя величина.А в таблицах постоянно: No. of Treatment Days per Bleeding Episode mean + SD; median (range) или Dose [IU/kg] mean + SD; median (range) |

все врут словари среднее и медиана пример: выборка 0, 1, 8 среднее = 3 медиана = 1 http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Медиана_(статистика) |

silly.wizard, Enote, nephew - спасибо за информацию. А я везде писала - среднее значение и средний показатель, просто уже не знала как правильно передать смысл)) Enote - теперь все стало на свои места))) |

| а интересно (range), тогда надо переводить не как диапазон, а как выборка?? или это не значительно? |
| range - размах (диапазон) вариации - вторая основная характеристика ненормально распределенной выборки, наряду с медианой |
