Subject: Помогите с переводом пункта из договора В случае задержки Покупателем платежей указанных в п.3.1.1. и п.3.1.2., при своевременном предоставлении Продавцом указанных в настоящем Контракте банковских гарантий, условия поставки и другие условия подлежат корректировке, на срок задержки платежей плюс 30 рабочих дней.

имхо Но все равно советую подаждать других спецов. Should the Buyer delay the payments, stipulated in the Sub-Clauses 3.1.1. and 3.1.2., and the Seller provides bank guarantees, specified in the present Contract, the terms of delivery and other conditions shall be the subject of adjustment for the period of delays of payments plus 30 working days. |

| Should the Seller delay payments set forth in peregraphs 3.1.1 and 3.1.2, and provided that the Seller submits bank guarantees specified herein, the delivery terms and other terms and condiions shall be subject to adjustment/shall be adjusted for the delay period/period in arrears/overdue period/ plus 30 days. |
