Мои варианты: 1. We are interested in establishing long-lasting and mutually profitable partnership with your company through agreed terms of the deferment of payments, which are ensured by insurance coverage for every trading deal. или 2. We are interested in establishing long-lasting and mutually profitable partnership with your company on agreed terms of payments delaying, which are ensured (protected?) by insurance coverage for every trading deal.
