However, pursuant to the Company's requirements, when increasing capital for consideration and when issuing share dividends issue only one class of shares, all shareholders, regardless of class, shall have preemptive rights and the right to share dividends.По-моему, в этой части что-то пропущено: [...] и при выпуске только одного класса акций с правом получения дивидендов в форме ценных бумаг все акционеры, независимо от класса акций, имеют преимущественные права и право на получение дивидендов в форме ценных бумаг. | Если компания объявляет о выплате дивидендов акциями только одного класса, то права на эти дивиденды имеют все акционеры независимо от того, акциями какого класса они владеют. По-моему, смысл таков. |
