If the beneficial owner of the account is NOT an individual and does not fall within any of the categories described above it could still be entitled to receive interest without the deduction of DIRT.
Examples of such beneficiaries are pension schemes, credit institutions that are not licensed banks, collective investment funds, and authorised broker-dealers. If the beneficial owner of the account falls under one of these categories please complete the declaration D16 below and ensure it is signed and dated
