FCA means the selling price of the subject product, net of freight, taxes, duties, insurance, allowances, credits, refunds, returns and discounts and any ex-plant expenses of sale (adjusted, if necessary, on an FCA acturing plant basis). All commissions paid are subject to subsequent adjustment for returns and collection from customers.
