Subject: новация law Вопрос простой, но я на нем попадаюсь уже не первый раз. Что такое новация - знаю.Как перевести novated? как в рус. языке глагол от "новации" образовать? Не надо образовывать. Права и обязанности... ...не могут уступаться или передаваться никакому иному лицу. (Yступаться - о правах, передаваться - об обязанностях; здесь obligations - обязанности). |
