Интересуюсь последним предложением (For a period of five years...).не могу понять смысла фразы: enjoyed, solicited, or attempted to solicit - имеется ввиду переманивание сотрудников у других компаний? Non-Competition Other than with the express written consent of the Customer, which will not be unreasonably withheld, the Service Provider will not, during the continuance of this Agreement or within 2 years after the termination of this Agreement, be directly or indirectly involved with a business which is in direct competition with the particular business line of the Customer. However, the Service Provider may provide similar services to other companies that are similar to the Customer, as long as the Service Provider adheres to strict confidentiality imposed under this agreement.
